FLIPSIDE : This Week's Episode of Straight From The E-Block

President Obama has been thus far the most highly scrutinized president to ever hold down the White House. Every other day, the President is making a television appearance and addressing the nation. This is obviously not because the President loves the sight of his own face on television, instead it is because every move that he makes he has to explain why he made it.
There has been no other time in history where a president has been so debated, challenged and disrespected. Where was the political unrest when former President Bush flew over Katrina stricken New Orleans without even addressing the evacuees - who were at first referred to as refugees? Where were the people standing up and shouting "LIAR" when former President Bush declared victory in a war that we are still fighting ten years later?
With these questions and many more looming overhead, the major question is whether or not voters will set aside their preconceptions of President Obama and realize that one term will not be enough for anyone to clean up the mess that we were in long before the Illinois senator even thought about becoming a resident of the White House.
